World premiere of a documentary opera about life on the margins of society.
Inspired by Günter Wallraff’s groundbreaking 1985 undercover report Ganz unten (Lowest of The Low) , this new documentary opera explores themes of exploitation, identity, and dignity in the modern working world. With music by Turkish composer Sabri TuluÄŸ Tırpan and libretto and direction by Mehmet Ergen, the international co-production premiered at
Kunstfest Weimar and will tour internationally.
